Rentals: All rentals require a deposit to confirm the booking. Please add the required deposit to your cart, although it shows as optional. If you prefer not to leave a cash deposit, you can choose the "Bring Your Own Deposit" option instead. This means you leave an approved item of equal value. Just email us or leave a note at checkout so we can confirm it before pickup. Your item is returned once our rental comes back clean and in good condition.

Pickup and return times are available between 9 am and 6 pm only. If a late-night or early-morning time pops up during booking, we will adjust it to the closest available pickup window.

Dahlia Tuber Orders: Tubers ship across Canada in spring once temperatures are safely above freezing, usually late April to mid-May. Orders are packed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days once the shipping window opens. Tracking will be emailed once your package is on the way.
